I Want You to Notice Me: His Story is a very short but charming spot-the-difference game. It’s a narrative-driven game that basically acts like an interactive comic. It will take less than 5 minutes to complete, but it left an unexpected imprint on me.
What started, at the first scene, as a classic spot the difference puzzle, I quickly learned that the rules change depending on the situation and tone of the scene and the feelings behind it.

It features a simplistic, stylistic and beautiful hand-drawn ‘comic’ aesthetic and a beautiful soundtrack by Zoester Zita.

This game features a lot of cats, and even though they appeared to me to be differences, they were deemed ‘not important’. I beg to differ, cats are ALWAYS important, even if not directly important to this particular story.
My takeaway from this game is that it’s about spotting the differences until someone changes the way you see everything. It’s beautiful and meaningful in its simplicity.
Until next time…be good to yourself and be good to each other.
